Policies

1. A 10% deposit will be taken for laser packages, and a valid card must be on file for payment processing. 

2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.

3. Late cancellations will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost to be charged. 

4. All no-show appointments will be billed at 100% of the appointment cost to account for the reserved time slot.

5. Reminder messages will be sent out 48 hours before your appointment via email and 24 hours via text to help you stay organized and prepared.

6. Pricing will be subject to change annually without notice as products and other expenses continue to increase in cost.

Yes. You can shave as much as you want during your laser treatments and you SHOULD shave within 24 hours of each laser treatment. Waxing, plucking, and sugaring are not permitted while you’re undergoing laser treatments as we need the root intact in order to target and kill it with the laser.
Yes, for the most part it is best to stay out of the tanning beds and roasting sun for at least a few days before and after receiving most of the treatments I offer. (Even up to 3 weeks before and after Plexr, for example.) I will explain post-care recommendations at each appointment!
No, some facials have zero downtime but some can have up to a week of downtime. It depends on the service and intensity of the treatment. I can answer any questions about downtime for your specific treatment.
I accept all forms of payment except for e-transfer.
