True Skin Regeneration
NeoGen Nitrogen Plasma System
All treatments start with a consultation to assess and recommend the best course of action for your skin.
What is NeoGen?
Neogen is the first and only cosmetic treatment proven to deliver true skin regeneration, providing remarkable and long-lasting results. What makes it different from other treatments is that it treats 100% of the skin in the targeted area, igniting regeneration deep below the surface and remodelling a natural skin archetype that replaces damaged and wrinkled layers.
How it works
Plasma energy is derived from excited nitrogen gas. During treatment, Neogen uniquely preserves the skin's outer layers, which act as a natural protective dressing while new, healthy skin regenerates beneath. It distinctively alters structures at and below the surface, creating the right conditions for continuing skin regeneration.
It treats and modifies the whole skin architecture
It treats multiple indications simultaneously
It treats the whole body, including the peri-ocular area
Treated skin forms a natural barrier to aid recovery
Treatment protocols can be tailored to meet your needs:
High energy — Corrective treatments achieving fully ablative CO2-level results with significantly less downtime, treatment risks, and post-treatment complications
Low energy — Preventive and maintenance treatments with substantial improvement and minimal downtime, inconvenience, or discomfort
Very low energy — Bacterial control (e.g. acne vulgaris) and increased skin permeability of active ingredients
Eye rejuvenation lift
Neogen can provide significant tightening of the upper and lower eyelids, making it a non-surgical treatment option. The ideal candidate is anyone wanting to rejuvenate the look and feel around the eye area, reducing lines and wrinkles, improving skin texture, and achieving a brighter, more even skin tone. Neogen treatments offer intense fibroblast regeneration up to two years after treatment. Results include firmer, more youthful-looking skin, tightening of the upper and lower eyelids, and improvement in skin tone, fine lines, wrinkles, and skin texture. Depending on the depth of treatment, downtime can vary. Low to medium energy treatments are recommended around the eye area.

3 weeks prior to the procedure:

Use a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30+ zinc oxide or titanium dioxide based sunblock. This should be applied thoroughly to all areas intended for treatment.
Additional sun protective measures such as a hat, sunglasses and sun-protective clothing will help to protect your skin before and following your treatment.
No active ingredients for 2-4 weeks prior to treatment (discuss skincare products with ingredients): Vitamin A, Vitamin C, retinols, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, kojic acid
1 week prior to treatment:
Take electrolytes twice daily 1 week prior to treatment day
Easy exercise the week before, low intensity workouts. No heavy lifting that will create muscle fibre tearing.
5 days before treatment:
No anti-inflammatories 3 days before treatment (Advil, Motrin, Tylenol)
Topical hydration is key. Use a very hydrating moisturizer and serum. Moisturize either by using a quality non-irritating and unperfumed moisturizer day and night, or a water-based mask daily.
Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day and avoid types of food and drink that dehydrate.

Medium to High Energy: Do not cleanse the treated area for four days. Apply the Anteage gel or product provided by your treatment provider. Apply a mineral-based sunscreen 2–3 times daily, even indoors. In the evening of treatment day, reapply Aquafora before bed. Use clean pillowcases and bedding. Continue drinking 2 cups of electrolytes per day for 3 days. Sleep on your back to prevent pillows or sheets from sticking to the treated area. After day four, cleanse twice daily with a mild gentle gel cleanser using a pat and splash method. If skin feels too dry during the day, apply a thin layer of Aquafora. Do not shave or apply makeup until the treated area has fully peeled. Once the treated area has peeled, continue applying a mineral-based sunscreen 2–3 times daily, even indoors. Do not apply active products for 60 days—no retinols, topical Vitamin C, or Vitamin A. Avoid saunas, hot tubs, swimming, hot steam showers, and intense workouts for 72 hours (medium energy) or 1 week (high energy).
Follow-up: Follow-up appointments are generally scheduled 30 days post-procedure. Do not use exfoliating products for 4 weeks. If you experience any unusual concerns following your treatment, please contact the clinic.
